Initiate Your Request
Log into your Vita account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
