Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a convenient delivery window.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Vita furniture items come with a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Vita ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
